How It Works

How It Works

Contact can be made by a phone call or email directly from the web site in which we will select a convenient time for your free initial consultation. During the initial consultation, I will answer any questions you have and if you choose to move forward then we will establish a program that is suited to your needs and create a coaching agreement. This agreement includes relevant information, length of the coaching relationship, frequency of meetings, professional fees, and payment terms.

Since you are the expert in your own life, you are in charge of the services you receive and I am here to support you in your goals, struggles, and accomplishments. Together we will raise your awareness of what you really want, define goals, develop a plan, and create a feasible strategy that will move you forward with your goals.

Deciding What Fits for YOU
The International Coaches Federation defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential, which is particularly important in today’s uncertain and complex environment. Coaches honor the client as the expert in his or her life and work and believe every client is creative, resourceful and whole. Standing on this foundation, the coach’s responsibility is to:
What Coaching IS:

• individuals or organizations retain consultants for their expertise

The Benefits of Using a Professional Coach

• enhanced decision-making skills
• greater interpersonal effectiveness

• improved time management
• improved life/work balance
• attainment of relevant goals
• personal and professional satisfaction
